Cancellation Policy

In order to make appropriate provisions, all payments are non-refundable

Weather, National Disaster, or Other Unforeseen Disaster: We desire all attendees and volunteers to be in the safest environment possible. We reserve the right to cancel our event without prior notice due to  national disasters, unforeseen disasters, inclement weather, or the threat thereof. In the event this happens, payments will only be refunded if Empowered to Conquer is refunded by the host venue and you will be contacted. If refunds are not available, you will be notified of this as well. If event proceeds as planned, you will not receive a refund if you are unable to join us.

Changes in attendee numbers after completing registration: All registration will happen online. We are excited about you attending our event. In the event you decide to reduce the number of attendees after registering, refunds will not be given. However, you are welcome to bring someone in place of the initial registrant. As long as the attending participant has the confirming documents and/or registration information he/she may attend in the initial registrants place.

Failure to complete necessary permission forms, waivers or other required paperwork: All students are required to have appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in events and activities hosted by Empowered to Conquer. In addition, adults may be required to complete waivers for participation as well. Failure to complete these forms will result in the nullification of registration and the participant will not be able to participate or attend the event regardless of whether payments have been made or a scholarship has been awarded. All payments are non-refundable after purchase and all scholarships will be revoked under these circumstances.
